This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house features a pool, a wrap around deck, outdoor lounging areas, and a newly remodeled kitchen. Casa Bali is custom built with floor to ceiling windows all around the house. There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom downstairs, each with a sliding door out to the wraparound porch, split-level A/C units, and queen size beds. The property is full of beautiful trees and plants. The wildlife is simply spectacular. Enjoy your morning coffee while the monkeys climb from tree to tree and the parrots fly overhead. Avellanas Beach has great waves for surfers of all types. From the reef in front of the parking lot to the miles of beach breaks and even all the way down to the Avellanas Rivermouth. Any level of surfer can find what they are looking for in Avellanas. Also one of the most famous restaurants in Costa Rica, Lola's sits right on the beach at the end of the road.
